I'm hearing that the nose tackle that Ted Thompson picked up off waivers from the Jets didn't show up for todays practice.
Where is he?
Will he be available Sunday?
Did the Packers sign him?
Inquiring minds want to know.

We have had flight delays littered across the state for the past two days.. with yesterday being the worst of the wind. Maybe that played in.

Interesting pick up. Ted Thompson is actually picking up some veterans to aid in depth (Wilhelm, Green, Anthony Smith) instead of his usual unknowns.

Is it a signal of a change in philosophy for Ted Thompson, or a result of our incredible injury situation???

Most likely, both.

I love this pickup, although I know little about the dude.

I'm looking forward to having him as depth, though.

I love the move. I was talking about in another thread that they need another big body. This certainly helps a lot.
