I don't think it matters so much what play you run if Rodgers doesn't trust the line to let it progress. Every play is going to look the same, where he looks at 1 guy then tries to escape the pressure. From that point it just becomes back yard football.

IMO, use the play calling to assist the offensive line some with the pass rush verse continue to drop back snap after snap and let the defense pin their ears back.
