Our offense will only get more consistant when we start doing better than that.

I'm not saying these stats mean gloom and doom by any means. It is what it is. We're two and two and haven't starting clicking yet. Hardly a time to say we're doomed especially when you consider that under McCarthy our rough patches (and all teams go through them) is early or in the middle part of the season and then we become extremely tough to beat late.

The point is if you want to look at the offense and find areas that affect the results it all starts on first down. McCarthy is talking like he will keep them in pads more this week and work specifically on the run game mechanics more.

Seems to me when he employed this move in the past it's worked.

The season is not yet over! Everyone around here is getting down (which i truly understand) but it seems everyone thinks that a 2-2 record is a super horrible thing. Last year the giants went (EDIT: they started 0-2) and look what happened to them! I'm just saying that I am getting tired of all the ITS OVER threads and should we scrap this or that and so on....this is coming from a 16 year old....
