What does Mike Sherman smell like?

I am guessing it is not Baby Powder, Aqua Velvet, or Pork Roast. Other than those three for sure "No's" I have no idea.

I am fed up with this. We need to send some scouts out to other countries and then pay for a rugby or Australian football player who can punt.

That wouldn't even be that bad of an idea. You could just try out soccer players aswell (Janikowski for instance used to play soccer).

Ofcourse the technique is somewhat different, but have him on 2nd string for a year, sign a veteran for one year, teach him how to kick and with a bit of luck we'll have a good punter after a year.

Can't be that hard if you get a guy that can boot it (Maybe a goal-keeper, as they kick slightly equal to a punter) and is quite intelligent.

Bring back Jon Ryan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a nice day,
Harald
It was a tight game, and it swayed back and forth. And sure enough, he pulled out a victory at the end...
I swear to you, he smiled while he was doing it. He smiled til the end.
We’ll miss you, gunslinger.

Jon Ryan's signed to the Seahawks, so he's out of the picture.

I wouldn't want Jon Ryan back. If he was doing the job, he'd still be here. He was giving every opportunity to succeed and didn't.

Be it Frost, or someone else. I want a damn punter that can help us win field position. I don't care who it is.

Amen Z.

When a punter stands on the 50 yard line, he should be able to hit a quarter on the five and give the ball back spin. Can we please go back in time and get Craig Hentrich back. That $1M a year contract we scoffed at looks pretty reasonable no.

The only reason I liked John Ryan was that botched punt in Minneapolis last year where he ran for a first down. Other than that, the guy was very pedestrian.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
