The sad part is......Craig Hentrich is STILL punting! How many years ago was that when Ron Wolf let him go?
Wolf said that was one of his mistakes.

Could someone PLEASE give me a detailed account of why Frost sucks?

I've seen a few weak punts -- but I've also seen some strong directional kicking. I'd like to hear it -- what accounts for the Frost hatred? My OBSERVATION has been that the hate is in-part fueled by angst against Ted Thompson (and the willingness to second guess ANYTHING he does) and/or a sympathetic appreciation for Jon Ryan.

So -- read me loud and clear: why does Frost suck?

Oh yeah -- the credibility of your response will depend on citing EXAMPLES.

Thank you.
William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.

Touche. Is it early to make evaluations, though? I respect the one-link answer, but I'd like to hear YOUR thoughts.

Basically Frost sucks because he is playing like Ryan but with a weaker leg.
He has no consistency so far sometimes he punts high sometimes a line drive

I am fed up with this. We need to send some scouts out to other countries and then pay for a rugby or Australian football player who can punt.

That wouldn't even be that bad of an idea. You could just try out soccer players aswell (Janikowski for instance used to play soccer).

Ofcourse the technique is somewhat different, but have him on 2nd string for a year, sign a veteran for one year, teach him how to kick and with a bit of luck we'll have a good punter after a year.

Can't be that hard if you get a guy that can boot it (Maybe a goal-keeper, as they kick slightly equal to a punter) and is quite intelligent.

That's what the Eagles did. Sav Rocca is doing a helluva job for them.

There are a couple of AFL (Aussie Rules) footballers over here who are still playing and are thinking about starting an NFL career. Barry Hall and Sav Rocca's brother, Anthony.

There is also Ben Graham, he formerly played AFL and was just cut by the New York Jets, we could have a a look at him.

I'm pretty sure the Jets picked him back up, unless he was cut AGAIN.
