Anyone else scared about this Sidney Rice kid? I don't know if its just a lucky streak or something but he has been on fire. He seems to always find the open area and even when he doesn't he makes great catches in one on one coverage. But he doesn't even seem that fast, he's just a good "throw it up, he'll get it WR".

Berriman is out hopefully too? Any word on him?

do you mean berrian? and no i haven't heard anything about him recently. the big news is winfield being out for a month here in MN.

Rice has bailed Favre out a couple of times.. excellent ball skills and body control while in the air. That catch against the Steelers was excellent.. climbed the latter to get the ball, then kept his toes in.

The only one that really has failed Brett is Berrian.. I would rather have him in the game.. you can count on at least one or two drops. 😉

I think that works better the other way around. If we're winning, Grant runs the ball at least 16 times.

Favre will have to deal with the noise this time. In MInn, Rodgers had to deal with it.

Yeah I just saw Rodgers get interviewed on Rome today, and he really emphasized that. He also talked about how he can change the snap count up this go around.

If only I were on this site enough to know this.

Both have quality. Here's less quanity, therefore I follow most threads/sections here more closely (mostly the general discussion, NFL discussion, NFC North section, and Back Alley).

Over at PP.O, I'm more sporatic, which leads to me only following a handful of threads, and whatever is in the 'From the Huddle' (latest posts).

lBesides, wasn't it you that told me to get over my teams loss like.. 2 minutes ago? I did, and am now looking forward to another bruised cheese beat down. =D

Allow me to introduce myself to you. I'm Kevin, I'm kind of the founder of this website, somewhat of the one who created it. One of my many goals for this site was to talk Packers, be an outlet for Packers talk for a few people. With that said, I don't really care about helping other teams fans get over their loss. We're not trying to move past our win, we're trying to find some positives, negatives, etc. Then gradually transition into the next game.

I'm just doing what is asked of me. You said get over it, the Vikes lost. I did. Just respecting the 'great' Zero's wishes. Now you said you don't care about helping other teams' fans get over their losses.. but you have, and for that, I'm extremely thankful.. Because, I don't know where I'd be today if you hadn't.. Maybe on PackersForu-.. I mean PackersHome.com/index talking trash to the GB fans.. Oh, wait. =P

I'd rather end Favre's Streak than win the game. Is that wrong?

"zombieslayer" wrote:

Yes, that is wrong.

I have a football injury as do several other people on this board. I wouldn't wish it on anybody, even somebody I was really pissed off at.

Formo - Before the season started, I said we'd split with you guys, sweep da Bears, and shut out 2 opponents. I also said before the first game that whomever wins that game loses the next one (obviously).

I don't think it's going to be close. Sorry, buddy. With all due respect, I don't. I think we'll put up an early lead and force you guys to play catch up. Rodgers will play with a vengeance like you've never seen him before and Driver will light it up in GB.

The score will more likely be 37-24, except as close as those numbers are, several of your scores are meaningless late 4th Q scores.

"nerdmann" wrote:

Oh, it'll be close. You guys will limp away with a W, but it'll be close. The Vikings will have 2 weeks after this game to rest up, so they'll leave everything on the field. Besides, they haven't won in 'Lambo' in many years.. I'm sure they are thirsty. 🙂

Packers will need to intercept Favre a couple times to clinch this one. Minnesotans found out last game about the heartbreak of the game changing fumble and the game losing interceptions that Favre provided for the Packers fans for 15 or so years.

"obi1" wrote:

You are joking right? As much heartache Favre's brought you guys, he's brought us DOUBLE time. Not to point out the HISTORY of the Vikings heartbreaks.. Favre's 2 turnovers last Sunday don't even EFFECT us and our heartaches. Sorry.

It's really not that big of a deal. The official thread contains the information needed. This thread here just gives me reason to make everyone think I'm SUPER DUPER pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mainly, it gives me valid reason to call you names, like a little child would do. 🙂

ok so now that we beat the Lions (which had a 3rd string qb and missing their stud wr) and Browns we are back to being a great team spare me. I see AP lighting up the Packers this time around.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : NFL informed teams today that the 2025 salary cap will be roughly $277.5M-$281.5M
Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : Los Angeles Chargers are likely to release DE Joey Bosa this off-season as a cap casualty, per league source.
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : If the exploit is not fixed, we'll see tons of "50 top free agents, 50 perfect NFL team fits: We picked where each should sign in March" lo
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Issue should be solved, database cleaned and held strong working / meeting. Boom!
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : It should be halted now.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : usually spambots are trying to get traffic to shady websites filled with spyware; the two links being spammed were to the Packers website
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : you know when you put it that way combined with the links it was spamming (to the official Packers website)
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Yep. You can do that with holding down ENTER on a command in Console of browser
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : even with the rapid fire posts?
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : I'm not certain it's a bot.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : I've got to go to work soon which is a pity because I'm enthralled by this battle between the bot and Zero
