I'm going to go out on a limb here and say we'll hear about Tauscher being signed sometime today.

I'm thinking that since there is nobody else on the radar screen, that he will be signed today.
It seems like it's either sign him or dance with what we got.

Financially it makes sense to sign him today or after today instead of prior.

The Green Bay Packers have signed T Mark Tauscher and placed CB Will Blackmon on injured reserve. Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations, announced the transactions Monday.

Tauscher played his first nine NFL seasons (2000-08) with the Packers. He saw action in 122 games, including 120 starts.

Blackmon, a fourth-year pro, had seen action in three games in 2009.

Yep, all signs point to him being signed today. I think he'll be suited up and practicing this afternoon, my guess is a 2 year deal. Meaning I think we'll see both Cliffy and Tausch back in GB for next season as well. I think Clifton will ink a 1 or 2 year deal in the offseason to remain and finish his career in GB.
