You make a VERY good point - Capers' playbook on D is at least 2.5 inches thick (if you believe what Anthony Smith and other reporters have said). There are 83 defenses to learn, as Nick Barnett has pointed out. No way the Packers have even revealed half of their hand yet.
I'm beginning to think more and more that Capers has been utilizing a lot of base calls that naturally incorporate a blitz in them. If true, this alone is a FAR cry from the defenses of Bob Sanders.
