I think Runyan is a great backup whom can start if needed, and the Packers have certainly needed it.
It seems like he focuses in pass blocking and gets good grades there, but struggles in run blocking as he might not be talented enough to focus and be good at both.
Still a good player to have around as you can count on him, though in a limited role, but an absolutely amazing value for a 6th round pick.
Absolutely worth a 2nd contract, though not worth breaking the bank for. The market will most likely set his value unless he wants to just take the best offer the Packers give. I think a lot will depend on what his agent thinks his market will be l, and how realistic that is and how much quality depth do the Packers think they already have.
With the Packers not taking a single OL this year in the draft, I'm concerned their evaluation of the quality of depth might be overly inflated. Of course, the Packers did have a lot of developmental bodies already, so maybe a late rounder didn't make sense, but I feel like they could of improved the top end quality.
