I thought this was a very good take.

Basically the NFL needs to update their awards so it's MVQB (Most Valuable QB) and there is also an award for most valuable non-QB on the offense, as the offensive award normally goes to a QB as well.

Heck if the NFL really wants they can just save the award show for the All Pros awards (I believe it's the same exact voters whom vote.for the MVP award) and bring up which guys have won All Pro.


​​​​​​Speaking of All-Pros, that also needs some updating. I believe they finally changed it so it's 3 WRs and 0 FBs, which was the correct thing to do, but they still failed to update the defense, which teams are running base defense, something like 20% of the time, or less.

And yet, there is still 3 LBers, and not slot DB position, despite a slot being on the field about 80% of the game.
