QB Tua Tagovailoa is 21 years old and I think probably needs a season to rehab and recover.

I found a list of his injuries and reading through I half expected to read "papercut".

March 2018: Tua Tagovailoa breaks his finger
October 2018: Tua Tagovailoa suffers knee injury
November 2018: Quad injury keeps Tua out of a game
December 2018: Tua Tagovailoa injures his left ankle
Against Tennessee, Tua Tagovailoa suffers another ankle injury
2019: Dislocated Hip

If I'm the Packers, I wouldn't use anything better than a 3rd round pick on him. How about you?

Please say what position the guy plays when you make these kinds of posts. Not trying to be a wise guy, I don’t follow college football unless it’s a Wisconsin Badger.

If the guy is a QB, I’d be worried about his history of injuries.
If late round, maybe take a shot. But not an early round pick.
I’ve seen injury prone players picked early, only to end up a wasted pick.

You got it Z. As I was reading all his ailments I was thinking the 3rd round too.

He's not going to make out of the top 15 imo, but if he made it to the Packers I'd have zero problems drafting him with their 1st rounder.

No. Too many injuries and we have too many other needs. I don’t see him making it to us at our first pick, much less one of our later round picks.

I also think we should wait 3 or so more years before we draft Rodgers’ replacement.

Last thing we need is to draft another injured prone high prospect. Let's leave that for the bad memories of Ted Thompson

if anything, we should get Burrows. He reminds me a lot of prime Rodgers. his pocket presence is at a pro level. Thats something u can't teach

Anyway, he's the third best QB in the nation behind Trevor Lawrence and Joe Burrow. He has a lot of Russell Wilson in him.

A kid a really like is Sam Howell out of North Carolina. It was his rookie season (true rookie) and I was simply amazed at his confidence in the pocket and some amazing passes. Assuming no injuries this could be a kid to draft in 2 or 3 years.

I also really like Trevor Lawrence. I think he is staying for another year at Clemson, but would definitely be intrigued next year if he declares for the draft.
