I actually think this was a dumb move on the part of the Bears. This is the type of move that better bring SB results and this team isn't good enough.
They have an OL with four starters that have been in the league a combined FORTY FIVE years.
Urlacher is on year #10, Ogunleye 9, and A. Brown 8. The only good safety they had is gone.
The only real good D players left after that is Briggs and Harris and in a couple of years those two won't be spring chickens.
Losing all these draft picks to be able to replace these guys is going to hurt them badly over the next couple of years.
Cutler will sure make it interesting in '09 and it could mean great games between us and them but after that I think we will be b-slapping them for the next five years.
