Josh McDaniels ought to have alot of trust in his ability to develop a QB though. Or at least, get one going in their system.

If he thinks he can rely on Orton for a while, they might just go with Freeman at 18, or if they doubt he'll be there at 18, maybe even at 12 (Although that would be quite a reach). In that case, they wouldn't need us and they'd still get quite a playmaker.

Could you post it please? Not the link, the contents. If it's sports related, it's a great chance it's blocked. :(

I'd take their 12 and 18 for our 9 in a heart beat. :)

I'd even take their 12 and 48 for our 9 pick.

Pick #9 is worth 1350.

12 and 18 would be 2100. There is no way.

We could maybe, maybe hope to get a mid first and a first next year, but even that seems unlikely. A more likely trade if we are assuming its Denver is their 12 (1200) and their 44 (460). If we are SURE our guy will still be there, Im ok with it.

Chances are teams arent going to go "crazy" to trade up, and given our situation, I want to sit at 9, and take a player there.

I definitely like where the Packers are positioned in this draft...and I do anticipate a team wanting to move up if Sanchez, or one of the OTs fall.

Please, the points system is out dated and everyone knows this already.

I will agree the 12 and 18 is too much for JUST the 9. It would take the 9 and 41 and that would be pushing it.

The more likely switch would be their 18 and 48 for our 9.

Yeah i heard about raji failing as well, wondering how much his stock will fall. Possibly even past us? I heard he had drug problems before and we know the packers are generally a mild team when it comes to off field issues.

Yeah. People who fail drug tests aren't exactly "Packer people."

Now if his arm was about to fall off, we'd draft him with a 1st round pick.
