My thoughts are I'm not impressed with @undisputed.
I'm going to wait until LaFleur has some HC games under his belt before making a judgement.

I like the pick, and I'm excited to see what he's got. BUT, one thing I don't like is this aspect of his offensive philosophy: He's against "dinking and dunking" down the field. Wants to go for "chunk plays." He says dinking and dunking is too hard.
My take is that, what he calls "dinking and dunking" is what I call, "wearing down a defense." "Chunk plays" are a result of YAK, or of screens and traps, where the RB makes somebody miss. You get those in the natural course of pursuing excellence due to downfield blocking and wearing a defense down until they are tired, especially late in games.
HOWEVER, we all know that the NFL wants to change the game to conform to Madden video games, and the rules favor huge DPI penalties. I mean, if you got a guy open, there's nothing wrong with taking your shots, but can we adhere to fundamentals? This is going to encourage Aaron's propensity to go sandlot.
