Only 2 games a year are determined in any way by prior years record the others are on a rotating schedule. So very little of a teams schedules is determined by record. I believe they changed this because teams get better or worse quicker from year to year because of free agency.

Tampa Bay is still one big question mark but we're also playing the Cowgrls, who always come out strong it seems.

You had hopes of a Super Bowl under Mike Sherman????? Yeah we won the division quite a few times, but when it came time to go against the big boys, we would take the punch to the teeth and whither away. What I don't like about guys like you is your total disregard for the cupcake team that Ted Thompson inherited. Marco and Flanagan were on their last legs, we couldn't afford Wahle because Sherman gave all the money to Clifton the year before. I don't even want to talk about the defense because it almost makes me cry to think about that roster. Please Dhazer, I beg you to stop bashing Ted, and go back and watch those so called Super Contenders (and not the games against our weak division either) you keep referring to. You might be surprised to find that overall we are much better team now regardless of w/l records.

Unfortunately, teams are judged ONLY by wins and losses.

It's really a crapshoot. It all depends on the divisions a team gets for their rotation. This is true for both the full divisions and the 2 division games. Usually, things probably even themselves out. But if everything swings one way it could get very brutal or very easy.

I think Thompson needs to hire someone to help him out with bringing people in. Reggie McKenzie just isn't helping him enough.

Even if we don't intend on signing these guys, bring them in to make it appear as if it was US that didn't want them. When no one comes here, it makes it look like no one wants US.

Bring them in, show them around, show them the door. It gives the perception we are worth the time.
