If you try to commit suicide, and fail, you'll be locked up because you're deemed a danger to yourself. This "it's my right" crowd would surely argue we shouldn't try stopping people from harming themselves.
When you impair yourself with drugs and alcohol you not only become a danger to yourself...You also become a danger to others but that's supposed to not only be okay but enabled? Who would be for trying to enable people to commit suicide which presents only a danger to self? How then are people with clear thinking think it's a good idea to make more drugs or alcohol available when it presents the danger to others beyond yourself?
The pro drug argument is rooted in selfishness and is minus all logic.
