At this point i will be happy to get just one guy that is worth talking about... we couldnt do much talking about frank walker and brandon chillar lol.

I have faith that the Packers will show interest in some of the big names, i just don't have that much faith in us landing those big names. Not because of TT, but because not many people choose a cold weather spot like Green Bay as their landing spot.

Tampa is like the new Minnesota... except with our coaches. It makes sense to go for ex-Packers since they have Jagz and Bates now.

Very wacky one. With our cap space, how about trading away one of our QBs. Ofcourse, we would have to get a good pick for them, but asuming both of them haven't shown anything.... what about Brohm for an early third and we either go with Flynn as our second QB or sign.... Grossman. Yes, Grossman.

I know alot of you don't like this guy, but with some good coaching, I think he can really be alot better. He has the arm and McCarthy can work with QBs. Now I don't want him to take over Rodgers, but he would make a good back-up if he pans out a bit better.

Ok, this is never gonna happen, since Brohm seems to have more upside so early in his career, but I really wish Grossman a better city and some good play.

On the other hand, I also though that Harrington could turn out pretty good if something like this would happen.

+1 for Canty, if I get to "choose" my favorite. Obviously, I'd like Haynesworth, but i'm being realistic.

edit: and if he wants out of Dallas, that makes him just that much more attractive as a FA prospect.

Haynesworth is a Redskin , but I'd certainly settle for Canty. Or Olshansky, for that matter. Both would be nice.

And that's excactly what I'm talking about. He seems to be a somewhat smart guy. Not Aaron Rodgers smart, but also not Vince Young dumb. This is something that should be able to be coached out. Vision is quite important, but I also believe that it's quite learnable.

Has anyone even heard of any players we are looking for?
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Every year around this time I get a lil down on Ted Thompson for not getting some big names, and spending big money. Then it dawns on me that he could be that bozo in Washington who spends truck loads of money EVERY year....and STILL, nothing to show for it!
