Does anyone find it interesting that they have not announced a jersey retirement date yet howver, when he retired last year they counldn't set the date fast enough?

For obvious reasons, I don't expect it to happen again as quickly as last time. I think the Packers felt his retirement was sincere last time and also I think part of them wanted to retire his number sort of a way to wrap it up. Sorry, can't put that last bit into better wording.
When did Brett say he has no plans of returning to Green Bay soon? I thought I heard him say something to the contrary. Also, I agree, he's probably not wanting to retire his number with Ted present. Not saying he'll wait til Ted is gone from the Packers, but just saying, don't think he wants him there.
