The increase in his numbers were solely due to every team having to pass the ball 40+ times in hopes of keeping up with the Packers. You remove that element and he's barely average. So he hasn't even really had one good year and he's entering his 5th season.

Sean Richardson and someone else would have to really come on strong for the Packers to move (e.g. trade) Burnett.

2013 PFF had 62 Safeties ranked higher than Burnett.
2012 PFF had 14 Safeties ranked higher than Burnett.
2011 PFF had 30 Safeties ranked higher than Burnett.
