They should scale down the offense too. Sometimes I feel like Mike's out-thinking himself.

A.J. Hawk is not the wrong guy to keep around. Hawk being the best ILB is the problem.

Hawk has been eligible for 128 games in his career. He has started 123 of those games and played in 126. He has 832 combined tackles, 18.5 sacks and 9 interceptions with 3 forced fumbles.

How is he the wrong guy? Is he too durable? Is he too reliable?
