Those papers won't be shredded. They will be archived once I land a job. I write down all technical questions and interview questions and come up with answers for them so I'm better prepared.

HELL YES! City of Green Bay just set up an interview with me for the Police Department Software Engineer position for Tuesday! I'm one of four interviewing, so I have most of today (minus my interview at 1pm) and all weekend plus Monday to study for the two technical questions. I'm so excited I could piss my pants!

I've had nearly two dozen phone interviews and yesterday was the first time that I completely bombed one. It really had me down for most of the day. I kept thinking, how could I answer so stupid, I'm better than that. This morning I received an email stating that my honest follow-up message provided them with the clarity they needed and would like to setup an in person interview that will take approximately 3.5 hours.

I cannot wait to start working again. It's been over two weeks of being an unemployed jobless bum and its over worn its welcome three weeks ago.

So, Monday I completely bombed my phone interview with a company. I emailed them explaining myself and they responded via email saying my honest follow up email provided what they needed and scheduled an interview for this Friday.

Today, different company and I freaking nailed it! This company sounds perfect for me and they even give a yearly bonus to their employee's and they take a multitude of projects so my ADD would never be bored! I know I shouldn't get too excited, but she was telling me that if ANY offer comes through to contact her immediately because she's very impressed with me. This was an actual hiring manager, not a recruiter (who sometimes blow smoke up your tail pipe.).
