5 to 10 posters at a time per each visit I make and hardly no one is posting on a game day.

One of three possible reasons:

1. Zero upped the charge per post.

2. You are absorbing the vast amount of knowledge that the posters here are laying down.

3. Everyone is somewhat nervous about the Packers possibly starting 0-2 and waiting upon the Freak Out post game.

I can understand both one and two.. Zero is a money grubbing.. lol.

But any nervousness about starting 0-2.. it may happen, and I am sure if it does, there will be a freak out collectively. Chicken Little will look like the ultimate optimist. But I have a twitch in my left foot that is screaming that the Packers redeem the opening loss... maybe even atone for it with an ass kicking of their own.

* Capers and company will still have work to do after this game, but we will have hope for restoring a NFL quality defense.

* Rodgers will take McGinn's preseason stat compulation and crumple it up in a massive spitball waiting to be fired upon him unmercifully.

* Driver will see more than 3 snaps and be involved in the offense, anyone remember Jones only getting one target early last season.

* Perry, McMillian and Worthy will hit the stat sheet, flash play making ability and start to make some noise and excite Packer nation with the future.

* Benson is going to drop his hat into the center of Ur'slacker' chest and show that he will help contribute to the Packers offense.

None of this nanzy panzy doom and gloom talk today.. we are the Packers.. we have a very good football team.. and we will kick the Bears in the ass some tonight. The world will right itself and we will return to that jocular group of last season, overconfidence will be able to seep in again.. and week one will look like a blip in the season.

And if none of that doesn't come to fruition, the sun will rise tomorrow and we will still continue on towards a post season march in week 3.

So sit back.. laugh and be hardy.. enjoy the game and post often here. Argue.. complain, brag, whatever you would like.

We got this.

"1. Zero upped the charge per post."

PackersHome is still in it's BETA phase (see what I did there?) and thus Topics and Posts are at NO CHARGE!! Take advantage of this while you can!! We don't know how much longer the BETA phase will persist!

I hate NFL Network and I couldn't get chat to work on any browser last time.

Plus I have a lecture/panel discussion I have to attend from 7-9 tonight.

Go PACK!
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

I put our Packers flag out early this morning so there is no need to be nervous, count on a bruising victory for the Pack.

Yesterday when it was so quiet here I sensed it was because people were a little nervous that the Pack might be 0-2 after tonight. Fear not O Packers faithful.

Yooperfan: It's 206 miles to Chicago, we got a full roster of youth, half a pack of Rodgers intensity, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Pack93z: Hit it.

I'm looking for the offense to get it's butt in gear. They're vets that are talented and need to produce now. On D I'm looking for constant improvement as there are a number of young players that need to contribute and have an impact ASAP. Woody, Bennett, Williams, Matthews, Hawk, Pickett and Raji(the vets) have to show some leadership and fire. IMO the key to this game is sack/get pressure on Cultler throughout the game.

Thanks for the pep talk! Much needed...

Hoping the Packers not just win but crush the Bears. Its already difficult living down here and hearing them gloat about beating that wet fart of a team, the Colts.

I've been posting. A lot.

And the Blues Brothers are Bears fans. With all due respect, they're not our boys.

I truly want a lot of posts. I feel we have a good platform here, stable, QUICK and I want it pushed to the limits! That's why I've been sorta pimping out the site on Facebook/Twatter here and there.

Martha Careful (6m) : thank you Mucky for sticking up for me
Martha Careful (7m) : some of those people are smarter than you zero. However Pete Carroll is not
Mucky Tundra (3h) : Rude!
beast (4h) : Martha? 😋
Zero2Cool (8h) : Raiders hired someone from the elderly home.
dfosterf (10h) : I'm going with a combination of the two.
beast (12h) : Either the Cowboys have no idea what they're doing, or they're targeting their former OC, currently the Eagles OC
Zero2Cool (23-Jan) : Fake news. Cowboys say no
Zero2Cool (23-Jan) : Mystery candidate in the Cowboys head coaching search believed to be Packers ST Coordinator Rich Bisaccia.
beast (23-Jan) : Also why do both NYC teams have absolutely horrible OL for over a decade?
beast (23-Jan) : I wonder why the Jets always hire defensive coaches to be head coach
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Jeff Hafley would have been a better choice, fortunately they don't know that. Someone will figure that out next off season
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Aaron Glenn Planning To Take Jets HC Job
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Martha- C'est mon boulot! 😁
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Thank you
wpr (22-Jan) : Z, glad you are feeling better.
wpr (22-Jan) : My son and D-I-L work for UM. It's a way to pick on them.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Thank you. I rarely get sick, and even more rarely sick to the point I can't work.
wpr (22-Jan) : Beast- back to yesterday, I CAN say OSU your have been Michigan IF the odds of making the playoffs were more urgent.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : I've been near death ill last several days, finally feel less dead and site issues.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : It is a big deal. This host is having issues. It's frustrating.
Martha Careful (22-Jan) : just kidding...it was down
Martha Careful (22-Jan) : you were blocked yesterday, due to a a recalcitrant demeanor yesterday in the penalty box for a recalcitrant demeanor
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Was that site shutdown on your end or mine? No big deal, just curious
beast (21-Jan) : That way teams like Indiana and SMU don't make the conference championships by simply avoiding all the other good teams in their own confere
beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
beast (21-Jan) : You can't assume Ohio State would of won the Michigan game...
beast (21-Jan) : Rankings were 1) Oregon 2) Georgia 3) Texas 4) Penn State 5) Notre Dame 6) Ohio State, none of the rest mattered
wpr (21-Jan) : Texas, ND and OSU would have been fighting for the final 2 slots.
wpr (21-Jan) : Oregon and Georgia were locks. Without the luxury of extra playoff berths, Ohios St would have been more focused on Michigan game.
wpr (21-Jan) : Zero, no. If there were only 4 teams Ohio State would have been one of them. Boise St and ASU would not have been selected.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : So that was 7 vs 8, that means in BCS they never would made it?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : A great game. Give ND credit for coming back, although I am please with the outcome.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : FG to make it academic
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : and there's the dagger
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooo 8 point game with 4 minutes to go!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooooooohhhhhh he missed!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Ooooo that completion makes things VERY interesting
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Game not over yet
beast (21-Jan) : Oh yeah, Georgia starting quarterback season ending elbow injury
beast (21-Jan) : Sadly something happened to Georgia... they should be playing in this game against Ohio State
beast (21-Jan) : I thought Ohio State and Texas were both better than Notre Dame & Penn State
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame getting rolled
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : Ohio State just got punched in the gut. Lets see how they respond
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame vs the Luckeyes, bleh
