Neal of course begins the season suspended. I am thinking Quarless goes to the PUP but left him on the opening dy roster for now.

There are several players fighting for one position. I took my best guess at who wins the battle. I tended to place the rookies at the bottom of the list when they are projected to make the roster instead of listing them as a starter.
