Well get ready because Collins will be another PR hit. Look at it in black and white and to the point, Mike McCarthy and Ted Thompson are doing everything they can to keep Collins from coming back. The man had the surgery so he could come back to play football, he is cleared by the doctors but yet the cold hearted Ted Thompson all of a sudden becomes huge hearted and worried about a players health. Get ready to see Collins in blue and silver or playing down in Chicago. As Arrigo said they packers are looking to extend some players this year but we are close to the cap right now. The part I am wondering like play2win brought up, is how strapped are we on the cap room?

If the Packers do not allow Nick to play, despite his wishes, I hope he goes to another team and becomes an even better player than he was during his time with the Packers. That might sound odd as a Packers fan, but I'm personally a big believer in individual choice of what one does with their body. The thought of someone else dictating that decision to another just bothers me. Obviously I wish Nick the best in general, whether it's with the Packers or not in the NFL at all. But still, my original comment stands.
