I did some quick math
Rodgers completion % (68.3%) + Packers drop %(8%) - Saints drop %(4%) = adjusted completion % (73.3%)
This is what Rodgers completion % would be if we only had the same percentage of drops as the Saints
Rodgers adjusted completion % (72.3%) * Brees' attempts (622) = adjusted completions (450 completions)
This is what Rodgers completions Rodgers would have if he threw as often as Brees and the WRs dropped as few as the Saints.
Rodgers average per completion (13.4 yards) * adjusted commpletions (450) = adjusted yards (6030 yards)
This is how many yards Rodgers would have if he had as many attempts as Brees and had as few dropped passes.
Rodgers TD/Completions (12.4%) * Rodgers' adjusted completions (450) = adjusted TDs (56 TDs)
This is how many TDs Rodgers would have if he threw as often and had as few drops.
Rodgers' INT/completion (1.75%) * Rodgers' adjusted completions (450) = adjusted INTs (8 INTs)
This is how many INTs Rodgers would have if he threw as often and had as few drops as Brees.
Summary:
If Rodgers had as many attempts as Brees and as few drops he would be
450 comp of 622 attempts for 6030 yards with 56 TDs 8 picks and 72.3% completions.
In 15 games.
That isn't even counting the Saints playing in domes 12 times.
I want to go out like my Grandpa did. Peacefully in his sleep.
Not screaming in terror like his passengers.
