There is no truly logical opinion on how gay marriage should be disallowed. Only religious reasons exist, other reasons are purely idiotic. Refer to Rockmolder's post on page 1 for why.

But yea, there's apparently nothing further to debate on the subject. It's cut and dry and that's why it's a perfect world. :-"

Might as well allow marriages to trees. I mean, what's the argument against that?
Then, if your "wife" gets "dutch elms disease" and dies, you can collect life insurance......(AND have a winter's worth of firewood!)

I guess what it comes down to is, where do you draw the line? Seriously. What one person considers "normal", you may look at and say "WOW! That guys is CRAZY!"
(You know....like many of you feel about me.)

If someone wants to be enough of an idiot to call a tree his wife, I don't see why I should stand in his way. Why should marriage be a matter of allowed vs. disallowed? The only reason to disallow marriage is to preserve certain privileges and benefits of marriage, which I don't think should accrue to married people anyway.

You draw the line at HUMANS, it's not that complicated to understand this concept. If you are a HUMAN you should have the RIGHT to marry any other HUMAN. Very basic concept.

Besides, if you marry a tree, what's to say when one leaves?

Isn't the religious right's view on gay people kind of fucked up in the first place? There's actually scientific proof that the area of Soddom and Gomorrha being leveled by a small asteroid or comet and not some wrath of God as the old testament would have you believe. And even those scriptures were misconstrued. God wasn't condeming men lying down with men, he was condeming the wickedness of city life versus the more righteous life that Lot had previously led out in the rural area.

Anyway the stories of 2500 hundred years ago, should probably be to rest now as we venture forward into the 21st century. People can still believe what they want but our government was suppose to have separation from religion, but obviously we are not following what our founding fathers wanted.

wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
Zero2Cool (23-Jun) : PFT claims Packers are having extension talks with Zach Tom, Quay Walker.
Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH
beast (20-Jun) : Hmm 🤔 re-signing Walker before Tom? Sounds highly questionable to me.
