Lang - why aren't we blowing sunshine up his ass right now? He's replace tiny nuts College in a big way and has improved the left side.

Burnett - is it just me, or is this kid light years ahead of where Collins was at the same number of games played?

Peprah - come on Charlie - Don't make Dom move Woody to safety permanenetly.

OLB - Walden isn't getting it done so far. Clay is seeing a lot of double teams. Thank God Wynn is bringing something albeit against a dogshit OLine in Chicago. I think Jenkin's stats were a little distorted at the expense of the Bears too.

Hey Zero, let's discuss. [grin1]

Lang and Burnett have been fantastic, Burnett has been one of the biggest keys to our defense so far this year, without him it wouldn't look good.

All you need to do is look at the running game to see how well Lang has been doing, sure, it doesn't hurt to have 2 NFL caliber running backs as apposed the the 0 they had for most of the season last year, but run blocking and pass protection has looked the better than in many years.

Wynn has been an excellent surprise. I'm hoping that maybe So'oto can help out with the OLB spot, hopefully sooner than later. Maybe CMIII's hammy is holding him back a bit? He seems better vs the run than he does against the pass, though he has gotten a lot of pressure, just not getting the sacks.

I think Peprah will be fine, he's just gotta get accustomed to that starter role once more. I still say Peprah is a better safety than Woodson, so taking Woodson away from what he does best just isn't a good idea.

better break it out into separate threads.
Burnett is ahead of where Collins was.
Peprah played over his head last year. Maybe he can be in the vicinity this year.
I don't get near anyone's butt without a court order to do so.

Pro Football Focus says Matthews has played as well as, or better than last year actually.

He's been a much bigger factor in the run game this year. Also, he has more hurries and QB hits per game than he had last year.

To think, we're actually going to get a comp pick in addition to upgrading the position from within for a lot less money. It just gives a person a warm fuzzy feeling. Maybe Uncle Ted should send the Cardinals a case H-cream to sooth the Sodomy burning they are experiencing.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
