There's no way we're losing to the Panthers. Arizona defense is probably going to be seeded in the last ten in the NFL.

Clay Matthews is going to cause havoc vs Newton the inexperienced QB. Raji + Matthews are going to eat the Panthers 0-line alive.

Clearly the Packers passing defense sucks and the Panthers passing offense rules! So clearly the Panthers are going to win.... why don't the Packers just forfeit and focus on the Bears?
[sarcasm]

But seriously I was trying to tell others the Panthers had offensive potential... and if Williams is out this could turn into another offense shoot out like last week was... but I think the Packers offense should beat the Panthers defense pretty easily as long as the OL holds up.

I missed it but some say Clifton was shaky at times against a back-up last week (the starter was suspended) and the Panthers have a DE who put up a lot of sacks last year so Clifton might be tested this week but I think we should be able to run on them and spread them out and do well.

This game should not be close.

Prediction 1: GB by 20 or more.
Prediction 2: Newton doesn't pass for 300+ again until sometime after week 8.
Prediction 3: Newton has 4 INTs and a fumble in this game.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

What's the probability that Cam Newton would have passed for 400 yards last Sunday?

Obviously any team can beat any other team in the NFL each week. That said, this is a game the Packers should put away without much trouble. Barring a crazy streak of penalties, injury, or terrible officiating, I think the Packers win this game. I won't say it's going to be a blow out, but I do think if the Packers don't exert their dominance it'll be a head scratcher.

The Packers D is full of guys who are not easily confused by offensive looks and, correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think the Panthers are going to be giving Newton very sophisticated schemes. He certainly won't have many options at the line. The Packers D is going to be his real introduction to the world of NFL football. As far as the Panthers WRs go, Steve Smith is a great athlete, but the Packers are not facing a multiple WR threat like they did against the Saints. That said, I expect at least one interception in this game if not two. Come to think of it, let's go ahead and set the over under at two.

I expect the Packers offense to come out as quick as it did against the Saints. My father-in-law has NFL Redzone. I watched football all day with him on Sunday, and the biggest impression I got from the games was how slow most teams in the NFL are in their game tempo. The Packers are QUICK! I don't think other teams can keep up. I was also counting the blessing that Rodgers is to Green Bay. He makes almost everyone else look like lame ducks, even the guys who had good performances on Sunday.

what was troubling was the broken tackles - it seemed like everybody was going for the strip but it wasn't working.
