Pretty complete list... but I am sure that some will argue the QB selection (most based on emotion for Brett).. although I think the player that will get left out might be the best choice to fill the spot. Starr.

The whole era debate gets dragged into this discussion as well.

The Starr Vs Favre discussion is a good one. Personally, I'd rather have Starr, and his famous quote explains why:

"I think the measure of a great QB is how he plays when the game is on the line, and you have to win"

Starr never put up great numbers, but he was the original clutch QB. He almost always got it done. Favre on the other hand, great QB, but no way do I want him as the QB at the end of a close championship game. I've had my heart ripped out far too many times with him under center.

I think I would also choose Starr over Favre, but I think I agree with Sharpe over Lofton. I would explain why, but this YouTube video probably does a better job than I would.

Great OP. +1

Starr -- 5 championships.
Favre -- 1 championship.
Starr -- epitome of class, professionalism, and integrity.
Favre -- head case, texter of penii.
To me, it's not even close.

The other switch I would make is Donny Anderson for the punter.
Yeah, his punting average was low by today's standards, but he was world-class in preventing returns: 1967, 63 punts, totalreturn yards 22, yards per return 0.33.

Think about those return numbers a bit. It blows me away every time I think about it. 0.33 yards per return. 22 total return yards for the season.

And of course you didn't have PR/KR.

PR: I'm not sure.
KR: Travis Williams.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Favre is at best the number 4 QB for the Packers.

Starr, 5 Championships including a threepeat. Postseason Passer Rating 104.8
Herber 3 Championships including a threepeat.
Rodgers 1 Championship and highest career QB rating in history. Postseason Passer Rating 112.6
Favre 1 Championship. Postseason Passer Rating 86.3

Different eras makes it all a crapshoot. If I were building a team for the 60s, I'd want Starr. If I were building a team for the modern era or Super Bowl Bowl era, I'd take Favre. Frankly, I don't think it's that bad of a list.
