Anyone here know of anyone with it?

Seems I just may have it...Had mri of head and have lesions that indicate it, so along with other symptoms my primary thinks I do have it..

Have an appt with specialist Thursday

But want to know what can I expect as time goes on?

I don't know anyone personally with it, nor do I know what exactly the symptoms are.

Praying you are 100% fine, d00d.

Finding out there are 4 types

One you go into periods of remission

Others you basically have the symptoms all the time with degrees of disabilities

Still hoping for a non confirmation Thursday

hmmm - Im no expert on the subject but know about it from studies and work.

If there are lesions; thats not a good sign (thats how they diagnosis it besides some of the symptoms).

I heard some people get some relief via chiropractic; also I heard was it b6 some people take that.

Cant remember any other things atm to help it.

did you have some sort of trama that initiated the symptoms?

Trauma?

I did have celluitis in leg, then a week later developed a blot clot where I spent 3 days in the hospital..That was 1st week of April

And yes 4 lesions 3 mm in size, in right frontal lobe and I do have symptoms

Tongue has a numb feeling, feet and legs, tingle as well as have a burning feeling at bottom of my feet..

Lot of muscle weakness, so much that my 17 year old 100# step daughter can beat me in arm wrestling..

Speech problems, slurring some words and using wrong word for what I want to say...

Dang Jim, I really hope that it turns out the best possible.

I have nephew that has MS and though I am not sure as to the type, he has lived with it fairly well for over 20 years. I do know that he is on medication for it.
And once and awhile he has some tough days, but for the most part it has not greatly affected living his life.

You have had more than your share of adversity my friend.
But I do ask one thing, feel free to share you thoughts/rants or whatever on this ....either here or in a PM, whatever works for you.

I was raised that you held your feelings to yourself and did not discuss problems. That was the one area that my parents were wrong.
For one of the things that I have learned in my many years, is that the old adage that real men don't discuss feelings/problems is bullshit.

Sorry for the ramble...

Mucky Tundra (13-Aug) : With LVN that is; need to see what happens in the next practice
Mucky Tundra (13-Aug) : beast, reading about what happened, it sounded like one of those "two guys collide and are moving slow afterwards" type of deals
beast (12-Aug) : I believe Musgrave has been injured every single season since at least a Sophomore in highschool
packerfanoutwest (12-Aug) : Matt LaFleur: “Highly unlikely” Jordan Love plays more this preseason
dfosterf (12-Aug) : Doubs, Savion Williams, LVN, Musgrave all banged up to one degree or another, missing one here I forget

Zero2Cool (12-Aug) : zero help, dominated. preseason

beast (8-Aug) : But the Return from IR designations had to be applied by the 53 man cutdown.
beast (8-Aug) : It's a new rule, so it's not clear, but my understanding was that they could be IR'd at any time
Mucky Tundra (8-Aug) : *had to be IRed at 53
Mucky Tundra (8-Aug) : beast, I thought the designate return from IR players had to be IR at cutdowns to 53, not before
beast (8-Aug) : It's a brand new rule, either last season or this season, prior, all pre-season IRs were done for the season
beast (8-Aug) : But the Packers would have to use one for their return from IR spots on him, when they cut down to 53.
beast (8-Aug) : I think the NFL recently changed the IR rules, so maybe the season might not be over for OL Glover.
Zero2Cool (8-Aug) : Packers star Howton, first NFLPA prez, dies at 95 😔
