Fact is.. being locked in a bathroom with a 17 year old girl with another witness seeing them both enter the bathroom, does not change the fact that if he had contact with said girl it is not against the law. But wait.. no physical evidence.. maybe they were playing cribbage.

One condom and a couple of days can sure effect physical evidence.

There is a reason that rape has a low conviction rate.. the last thing on the victims mind is probably preserving evidence.

What I'm about to tell you is a true story and may I die in a car accident on the way to work if I'm lying.

When I was 18, I was an up and coming Metalhead guitarist. Good-looking with hair at my shoulders. I was well-liked by Metalhead chicks at the time and living in the heart of the Bible Belt in Texas.

One night was at a party with some friends and was hit on by a 14-year-old girl. I had NO IDEA she was 14 as she was Asiatic and we all know how accurate we are at predicting Asians' ages. She told me she was 18, because she knew my age (age of consent is 17 by the way in Texas).

We made out in my car and that's all we did. When I got back to the party, my friend told me to be careful as she's really 14. I was thinking "bummer" and lied to her, telling her I had a girlfriend and apologized for leading her on.

So, I find out later she told her sister and all her friends she lost her virginity with me that night.

What if her father "found out" and went vigilante and killed me? Or worse, what if he prosecuted? Imagine going to jail and having the "sex offender" label on you for the REST OF YOUR LIFE for something you didn't even do.

Let's not forget at the time, Tipper Gore was still in force and everyone hated Metalheads because they were evil, slimy Satanists. How could anyone listen to that screaming garbage? Especially in the Bible Belt.

I wouldn't have stood a chance, especially being mixed race and having long hair, and drinking and smoking at my age.

The reason Big Ben got burned more than Favre in the early 1990's is because he got caught (TWICe). Thats it, there is no preferential treatment. If two different girls had pressed charges against Favre in the early 1990's in the span of a year and a half, then Favre would have got burned like Big Ben.

I have no sympathy for Big Ben, once is bad luck but twice, you are an idiot.
