Point of CC letter to parents is in case they are unaware..

If I were pushed and physical assaulted isnt that a crime?

Whats the difference if it was an 8 year old or an adult

5 years ago I would say go to the parents house personally and body slam them on the sidewalk, but I have learned that does nothing..

Even though the results your looking for MIGHT take a while in the long run it is the PROPER thing to do

In the realm of law, a great deal.

I never mentioned what my dad told me when he found out the bully issues I had.

He told me how when he was a kid he would get bullied and finally he stood up for himself and punched the kid. And it was all over. He then told me to light the kid up.

I didn't think he was telling the truth, but by God, he did.. LOL

A year later, he was expelled from school for masterbaiting in the library.

You can get expelled over shit like that? You americans are such prudes.

Unless you're talking about him being excellent at luring people into traps

"Formo" wrote:

That's just what I heard. I might have overstated it and he just got suspended for a few days. But I do know he did NOT come back to school after that incident. LOL Who would?

Lock him in a room, and make him watch the Packers/Bears game in its entirety.

thanks again for all your stories and insight. when i said 'kick the crap outta the kid' i was kidding.

i've drafted a letter to the prin/super & school board filing a formal written complaint. they're in the mail. i stated each individual incident, what i was told by the teacher/principal, & what the outcome was. i quoted the definition of bully, intimidation, & terror. threw in some bullying statistics, said i knew that they would never want this to happen in their district & that it was their responsibility to ensure the safety of every child. i basically made it clear to them that i was not going away, this would not be dropped, & that they needed to do everything within their power to stop it. we'll see what happens.

as far as contacting the other family, it's a nightmare. the boys mother got pregnant when she was 13, had him at 14, dad is kind of in the picture but he has 'anger problems'. these are not people one can reason with. the boy spends alot of time with his grandparents & i've talked to his grandpa in the past so maybe i need to have a chat with him again.

the calling police thing - is NOT what i want to do at all - trust me!! but i'm not going to sit back & allow this to escalate either. if the school won't do anything, then i'm left with little choice. all the research i've done suggests calling the police no matter what the age of the child is. thankfully we're close to peoria which has a juvenile division so i'm sure they'd send a juvy officer out. again - the very idea of that just makes me physically ill & i pray it doesn't come to that.

i just don't understand how this kid assaulted 4 children 2 days ago & is still going to school?!? does that not warrant a suspension? and if it doesn't, what does?? frustrating as hell!!

Shouldnt matter on the situation of the mother/father, they are responsible for the actions of their kid

Your aware of the assaults which means the school should be as well, if not then sending letter with all the details ( which was a fantastic move on your part) should serve a wake up call for them

If the board wont/cant do anything then calling cops is what has to be done..

Mucky Tundra (24-Dec) : Jacobs gonna be OK???
    Zero2Cool (24-Dec) : Watson gonna be OK???
packerfanoutwest (24-Dec) : Inactives tonight for the Pack: Alexander- knee Bullard - ankle Williams - quad Walker -ankle Monk Heath
packerfanoutwest (24-Dec) : No Jaire, but hopefully the front 7 destroys the line of scrimmage & forces Rattler into a few passes to McKinney.
packerfanoutwest (24-Dec) : minny could be #1 seed and the Lions #5 seed
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : We'd have same Division and Conference records. Strength of schedule we edge them
    Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I just checked. What tie breaker?
bboystyle (23-Dec) : yes its possible but unlikely. If we do get the 5th, we face the NFCS winner
    Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : Ahh, ok.
bboystyle (23-Dec) : yes due to tie breaker
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I mean, unlikely, yes, but mathematically, 5th is possible by what I'm reading.
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : If Vikings lose out, Packers win out, Packers get 5th, right?
bboystyle (23-Dec) : Minny isnt going to lose out so 5th seed is out of the equation. We are playing for the 6th or 7th seed which makes no difference
Mucky Tundra (23-Dec) : beast, the ad revenue goes to the broadcast company but they gotta pay to air the game on their channel/network
beast (23-Dec) : If we win tonight the game is still relative in terms of 5th, 6th or 7th seed... win and it's 5th or 6th, lose and it's 6th or 7th
beast (23-Dec) : Mucky, I thought the ad revenue went to the broadcasting companies or the NFL, at least not directly
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I think the revenue share is moot, isn't it? That's the CBA an Salary Cap handling that.
bboystyle (23-Dec) : i mean game becomes irrelevant if we win tonight. Just a game where we are trying to play spoilers to Vikings chance at the #1 seed
