I have a bad feeling Jarrett Bush makes the final roster as the 4th safety behind Peprah. I think Blackmon will join Bigby on the PUP list. Bush has more lives than a cat.

To me, Bush's roster spot hangs more onto what happens with Al Harris and if he winds up on the PUP or not to start the season. Bush would still be the 5th safety behind both Peprah and Martin if Blackmon would have to go on the shelf for 6 weeks. If Harris goes on the PUP, Bush would probably be behind Lee, Underwood, and Shields as the 6th CB. If Harris makes the 53-man roster, he still could very well be cut.

Personally I don't. At this point, the only CB I have any faith in is Wood. With Harris being unknown off the injury, Trambone in my mind is still not a good option but what else do we have. In all, I'm fine with Bush still being on the roster. There was nothing this preseason that stood out to me as consistent mistakes, where Underwood and Lee, and even Shields to other degrees, have been very disappointing in my mind and what I see. Yes everyone likes to paint that the ceiling is unlimited for Shields, but he isn't there yet. As stated in that post about which position group is most concerning, I still say the CBs. Past Woodson it's a sheer drop off, and not that it wouldn't be on any team with having a DPOY, but I'm really nervous about this group of DBs.

Lee might have struggled some, but to be fair, the guy has been on the shelf quite a bit the last two years. We've pretty much seen what Jarret Bush has been for the last 3+ seasons to think he's probably not going to get get much better than he is now i.e. mediocre at best and a liability in coverage. Lee was a second round draft pick in 2008 who has shown some ability as a KR. His biggest problem is just staying healthy so the team might want to try and give him one more year to see if they can't get something out of him. Frankly, I'd rather keep Lee around than Bush if it comes down to who might turn into something more servicable.

Zero2Cool (10-Mar) : on new site, would Fan Shout and GameDay Chat show same messages?
Mucky Tundra (10-Mar) : The Hall of Fame stuff probably came from a scout as Zero said; at this point though it's hard to see them moving ZT from RT
Mucky Tundra (10-Mar) : Regarding ZT at C, Gute had said he felt C was ZTs best position after he was drafted.
Zero2Cool (10-Mar) : LB Oren Burks to sign a 2-year, $5M deal with the Bengals.
Zero2Cool (10-Mar) : Based on how it was worded at the time, probably scout.
beast (10-Mar) : I don't think the media person ever told the public the source, but Gute or LaFleur did say they thought Tom has earned his spot at OT
beast (10-Mar) : I think it was supposedly unnamed Packers source
buckeyepackfan (10-Mar) : Was that Gute or Lefleur or someone else?
