The thing I don't like about Wayne Larivee is when he gets excited in his voice when the opponent does something good. It kills me! I think whoa yes yes wait a tick wtf!!

I may be in the minority, but I'd rather not listen to a biased announcer even if said announcer is biased towards my team.

. I hate listening to Lerivee(sp) he really grates on me. He is very hard to follow. His annoucing is very misleading as to the action. His interviewing and commenting outside the actual game is fine. Man, I miss Jim Irwin and Max.

Larivee was an announcer for the Bears. I don't think he has the connection with "our" team that Irwin and McGee had, and it shows in his game calling.

speaking of "more love from the media" has anybody seen the nfl.com "32 in 32" for the Packers? they were voted #6 by the fans, apparently and the discussion during the video is pretty cool stuff.

Last season it happened a few times while driving to get my daughter. I'd be focusing more on driving and then I'd hear excitement in his voice and be all 'whoa whats going on oh ...................wtf Wayne!!!!!!!!!!!'

7) The Packers won 7 of their final 8 in the regular season. They finished ranked 2nd on defense and 6th on offense. The Packers defense ranked first with 30 interceptions from the pressure packages, first against the run, and first in turnover differential.



Urgh. Whenever a professional uses yards instead of points, I want to smack them upside the head.

We had the 3rd ranked O and the 7th ranked D. Our non-elite D showed their true colors in the Playoffs. However, our O is elite. It can score on anyone, as '09 proved.

With the OL repaired, it will be even better. Here's to hoping a 2nd year in the new D bumps us up to elite status.
