Down to 202.6 today. I had hoped to make it to an even 200 but Mother's Day did me in.

Didn't jump on the scale this week.. but judging by the fit of my clothes.. it was a successful week.. muscle mass up.. jiggle down..

I highly suspect the scale will be remotely in the same location.

319 this morning.. not as dramatic drop as I wanted in terms of weight.. but happy with the increase in tone.. ways to go.

keep it up Pack. I hit 200 last Th AM (my long term goal.) so I am taking time off from the scale.
Had pizza that night. It was great. First time this year.

Sorry guys, havent been on much lately.

Weight is about the same... but looking better.

I started running and am now in the marathon training stage of it. Run/walk 3 miles a day and on Sundays is my long run (this week it will be 6 miles) Can't run a full mile yet but I think as the weight starts coming off I will be able to. My times are averaging about 16-17 min per mile. I need that to get below 15min per for the race.

I can do it.

I weighed 197 this morning. My goal is to keep under 200. Something i have been unable to do in over 20 years.
I got the renewal notice in the mail for my driver's license. I looked at my license (8 years old) and my weight was 230.
When i do the treadmill at the hospital, i usually go at a 2% grade at 3.6 miles per hour. My balance is too poor to run (from the meniere's disease) so i walk fast.
