214!! WOO HOO!!!
Lowest I have been in years. It's been about 3 1/2 or 4 years ago and I had to crash diet the final couple of days to get to 215 for a life insurance exam. (Not this time.) I do not remember when I was at 215 before that diet. Might have been a year or two before that.
Next goal, 209.0. That one may take a bit longer since there is just a little less fat to melt.

Believe me, i know your pain. As you lose weight, it becomes harder to take more off. But it's worth it!

Did you get checked out before you started? I mean, just to make sure you are ok to exercise like that?
