It's professonal sports, boo's happen. Is he fragile or something? If he thinks that's bad he should see how some "real fans" act after you play a decade and a half and start 5 zillion games in a row then decide to retire and come back. He hasn't seen "classy" like that.

You need an explanation on why Aaron Rodgers deserves a chance to be a starting QB in the NFL?

He's rode the pine behind Brett Favre for three straight years. He's been in McCarthy's QB school for his third year now with major improvements each year. He's a fairly level headed guy who has kept his cool throughout this whole Favre ordeal.

The main reason and the only one that matters is... because the coaching staff feels he deserves one. They are professionals and highly regarded in their profession to be in the top ranks with their peers BY their peers. That's why.

And they probably know better than you or I when a quarterback should start playing.

Its not Rodgers fault Favre retired and came back, i would have loved to see Favre play for the green and gold again.(we would have kicked alot of butt this year)
I think he simply deserves his chance at it cause he has waited patiently,he has also alot to offer as a new quarterback with the potentail that is known as the greenbay packers talent. i also like what managent has done with the team they have build it stronger. i think Rodgers has alot of talent. as far as the whole stinkin incident i think the media lives for all the crap that went on with this. i also think its time to move on.

The Miami Dolphins are led by "Professionals" as well. I guess if you follow that form of thinking, it makes sense. If Every move the Packers make is the "right one" just because they are paid to make decisions, there is no need to debate things. We''ll see how it plays out I guess. I see this as a slippery slope into the depths of mediocrity. Maybe they will prove me wrong.

There is absolutely no reason to justify his actions. Whether he's a Brett Favre fan or not is completely irrelevant, under no circumstances can, what these two 'fans' have done, be considered right in any sense of the word. Just because there's been (or could be) worse does not excuse what these two people have said.

Your dismissal of this flagrant display of a lack of class is pitiful. I bet if he had been a Rodgers fan and shouted "F You" to Favre you would have been all over his case.

Who said every move is the right one? I question many of their moves, but I never let that get in the way of my supporting them. Just because someone is paid to do something, doesn't mean they are always right.

You wanted an explanation.

When your peers consider you top notch, obviously, you're doing something right.

Sure boos happen and there's no crying in football. But to stalk a guy and curse him out practically face to face before he has even started a game - through no fault of his own? Pretty low.
