This provs one thing......I gotta party with Jolly!!! Seriously, the prosecutor filed an INTENT to prove. It could be a scare tactic. From what I read, they have one witness who will attest to the allegations. In the drug world, you can find people who will attest to a lot og things toget out of jail time. Having said all that......where there is smoke, there is fire. This guy is a serious problem. We porbably should get rid of him unless he makes some REAL life altering decisions.

I think Chris Carter was a producer of X Files.
Cris Carter was the former Eagle who landed with the Vikings and had a stellar career.

Whether Jolly is proven quilty or not of the accused crime he is quilty of putting himself in the situation. Also, he is quilty of dressing and acting like a sluck at the courthouse.

I'm all for giving a guy a second chance, but I fear he just doesnt' get it. If he would turn himself around it would be great and it would be a great story and an ispiration which could help others. If not, let's cut/trrade our losses.

So the only evidence the DA has for these new charges is the testimony of a snitch who's trying to avoid prison time? They better have something better than that up their sleeves or Jolly's lawyer will tear them a new one. Witnesses like that often change their statements or arn't considered credible by juries.

I'll hold my judgement on Jolly until the trial is complete. If he's guilty, I'd cut him and not give a second thought. He'll be doing enough jail time and will be suspended by the league so we probably wouldn't see him for a year anyways. If he comes through this shitfest covered head to toe but found either not guilty or pleas to a lessor charge I'd keep him around. He'd be damaged goods and I bet we could lock him up to a favorable contract.

Martha Careful (9h) : The manner in which he won it was just amazing and wonderful. First blowing the lead then getting back, then blowing it. But ultimately

Zero2Cool (2-Apr) : The spotting of the ball IS the issue. Not the chain gang.
Mucky Tundra (2-Apr) : Will there be a tracker on the ball or something?
Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : uh oh
Martha Careful (1-Apr) : Too bad camera's can't spot the ball as well.
Mucky Tundra (1-Apr) : So will the chain gang be gone completely or will they still be around as a backup or whatever?
Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : The method for measuring first downs in the NFL will switch from chain gangs to camera-based technology in 2025, the league announced.
Martha Careful (1-Apr) : A big step in the right direction. Just put in the college system is very very good.
Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : NFL has passed a rule that allows both teams to possess the ball in OT during the regular season
Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : Touchbacks on kickoffs will now bring the ball to the 35-yard line.
