So the only evidence the DA has for these new charges is the testimony of a snitch who's trying to avoid prison time? They better have something better than that up their sleeves or Jolly's lawyer will tear them a new one. Witnesses like that often change their statements or arn't considered credible by juries.
I'll hold my judgement on Jolly until the trial is complete. If he's guilty, I'd cut him and not give a second thought. He'll be doing enough jail time and will be suspended by the league so we probably wouldn't see him for a year anyways. If he comes through this shitfest covered head to toe but found either not guilty or pleas to a lessor charge I'd keep him around. He'd be damaged goods and I bet we could lock him up to a favorable contract.
