Gholston's horrible. If we where a 4-3 team, I wouldn't mind taking a shot on him, there might be some value left, but he's obviously no 3-4 OLB.

He can't get any pressure at all. LTs have his number on every single rush. TEs and RBs can pretty much handle him, as well. Even in that great Rex Ryan scheme, that runs on confusion and people coming from everywhere, he couldn't even get close to getting a sack.
Maybe I'll give him some props on his work against the run. Since he can't ever actually beat any O-linemen, he's usually in position to peel back and get the runner. When he can actually disengage from the blocker.
I don't know what kind of kid he is. He could have a good character. I don't know what kind of 4-3 DE he is, either. Maybe he'll turn out somewhat decent. As a 3-4 OLB, though, he's horrible.
