To be honest i hope Ted Thompson drafts Trindon Holliday from LSU as our KR, granted he only stands 5-5 and 161 lbs but take a read on his career stats at LSU

The fastest player ever to play college football who ranks among the nations elite as a return specialist ... Has returned a combined total of four punt returns and kickoff returns (2 of each) for touchdowns ... Ranks among the schools all-time leaders in punt return yards with 604 (7th in school history) and kickoff returns with 1,743 yards (3rd in school history) ... His combined return yards of 2,347 ranks second in school history to Domanick Davis 3,294 return yards ... Is an eight-time All-American in track and field for the Tigers and is the reigning NCAA champion in the 100-meter dash after clocking 10.00 in the national final at the 2009 NCAA Outdoor meet ... Is a three-time SEC Special Teams Player of the Week recipient.

I would use a 2nd on him , Improve our return game but can you imagine him as our 3rd down back, no LB will be able to stay with him.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I'm still pretty high on Perish Cox, but that would be one hell of a pick, as well, Dave.

Realistically, I don't see us trading for Cribbs. It just doesn't seem like a move this franchise would make. Trindon Holliday will fall to day two/three, because he's doing little more than returning punts in college and doesn't have great size.

He's extremely fast, though. He's one of those guys who will be a huge bust and never adept at this level or really explode onto the scene and light up the league. I don't really see a middle road for him. If he's still around in round 3/4, we should seriously consider this kid, based on his potential alone.

Draftek has Holliday at 364 on their big board, Draftscout 279....

What makes you (Dhaze) think it would take a 2nd round pick to get him?

I haven't looked any further, just assuming you are whacking out, but I do find him intriguing...

Why a 2nd, Dave? Right now (before he lights up the combine, which he WILL do) he's AT BEST a 7th round pick flyer, if you look at those two sources.

I know, I'm not Dhazer, but I'm close enough, right?

He's purely a KR/PR, which will throw him down in mock drafts. I think that a lot of people undervalue the position, but I think that there are quite a few GMs who would jump on one if he could make a difference.

Secondly, like you said, he'll light up the combine. He doesn't have an amazing resum, but his combine stats will let him fly up the draft chart.

That said, I'd go with a third or fourth. In the second, you could get a more versatile guy in Cox, who also pans out nicely as a cornerback.

Then again, I figure that you know all this and I doubt if you wanted me to answer. If not, just say it, and I'll delete this post. Lol.
