IMHO, the fans that haven't came around to cheering for AR are still holding a grudge against Ted Thompson and MM.

I know when this whole thing went down 2 years ago, I put none of the "i guess you call it blame" on AR, I just didn't think it was the right move(at the time) to let Brett go.

Time has proven me wrong, and everbody knows the old saying "winning cures all".

GJ said it right, those who still can't embrace AR as The Packers qb, probably never will, and as someone else posted, you really have to question their legence.

I will turn this thing around on those of you who take any chance to take a shot at Brett.(Now if you are taking a shot at The Viking QB, that's another story).
Time to leave it go, looks like The Packers are in for another good run. Enjoy it. Good times ahead!!!!

Buckeye - Well, I've always said winning cures all. I wasn't fond of Ted Thompson at all until '09 when I knew this would be a turnaround year. And it was.

Keep going in this direction and I can see a perennial Playoff team, which is our best chance to win SBs. After all, more than anything else for the Packers, I want us to have more Lombardis than any other team.

Some need to get there facts straight. Brett wasn't let go, he retired. When you can understand and accept that, it will give you a new perception of understanding the situation.

I'm very glad we have Rodgers, although I'd rather him have been drafted a few years later so we could have prolonged 16 years into 18 or 19, if you know what I mean, but I'm happy and feel fortunate we have Rodgers as our QB for the now and future. I'm not thrilled with his mechanics from time to time, but then again coming from someone who's favorite QB of all time made a career out of throwing it the "wrong" way, I can't complain much.

I think that point has been throughtly discussed, I used that term just to make my point.

Bottom line it doesn't matter anymore to me, but there are some who will never let Ted Thompson forget it. He was the one who was in charge when Brett left. Those are the ones you have to question their allegence.

If there allegiance has to be questioned, you know the answer already.

Question the guys at the top if you must to feel better, but if you really are still nitpicking Rodgers as a player, then you might not be a Packer fan. You might be a Favre fan. Nothing wrong with that, but it's worth noting when people try to denounce a player the caliber of Rodgers.

He is a top QB. He's not on the level of a Peyton Manning or Tom Brady, but he has a chance to get there someday. He's heading in the right direction. There is no denying that.

I guess we get a draft pick when a guy retires lol. I bet Ted Thompson would love for alot of our older guys to retire so we can get more draft picks:P
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)
