Yeah, it was the lack of running game that beat us today ... not the 500 yards passing we gave up. If only we'd run more against Pittsburgh -- who gives up 3.6 yards per carry -- then we'd have won.

For that matter, we were similarly dominant in defense. Gotta hand it to the d in that regard -- they don't give up big rushing performances.

9 runs to 48 passes won't get you very far.. Unless it's used as a decoy to throw teams off defending the run. I'm not seeing the Packers becoming a consistently balanced offense anytime soon. But, who knows.. Maybe Rodgers will become Peyton Manning 2.0. And win maybe one Super Bowl in his career.

BTW, your Packers don't give up 500 yards passing to every team. When you do, then you can be concerned about it.
