*avoids kick by angling slightly to the left, and gaining a few extra yards in the process*

There are some really great examples in highlight video of a fully functioning 3-4 defense. Baltimore's run offense could never get it going, and you can see why. Raji played a great game; the linebackers swarmed to the ball. Once the initial barrage of fat men engaged the o-line there'd be three or four guys coming up, cutting off an angle and making a play.

Rodgers ... what is there to say? We are indeed blessed to have a quarterback this good, this soon. While he won't do the same things with his legs five years from now, if he still has that arm AND can make decisions a little faster (hard to believe he won't seeing as how that's the usual progression for good quarterbacks) then it's scary to think about how his career projects.

As always, thanks for the highlight Zero. I was smiling throughout that entire clip.
William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.

On the Rodgers run, I'm only relating what I saw in the rear-angle replay. Obviously, I didn't get to see the game, so I couldn't see the entire field. There was a pretty big hole up the middle, but that doesn't mean Rodgers could have outrun pursuit from the periphery.

In the first post of this thread, there's a video that contains two angles of the play. That's where I based my reply on. You can clearly see there was no chance he could have outrun the four defenders as they had positioned themselves well.

Edit, watched the angles again. There's absolutely no way whatsoever that if Rodgers cut left would he have scored. Once he cuts left, there's a defender who is barely in the screen who would have got him, plus there was two defenders in front of him.

I tried to see the potential touchdown, but there just is none. Anyone who wants to argue, you're arguing for the sake of arguing. Watch the play in slow motion, just 1/2 speed and you'll see it too.

I don't understand why there is an argument over whether a 25 yard run down the middle of the field by our franchise QB on 2nd and 17 should have been 30 yards... Maybe I'm missing something here?

What the hell. I stated that I was relating a subjective opinion, I stated the limits of my opinion, I even stated I think he made the right decision. Where is the argument here?
