Here's discussion,
if the League wants the refs to be 100% right all the time, THEN PAY THEM ALL YEAR ROUND AND MAKE IT A FULL TIME JOB FOR THEM!!!!

These guys get judged on their performances every week, the ones that make the fewest mistakes are the one that end up working the play-offs and then The Superbowl.

It was a judgement call that was wrong, it happens all over the NFL every week!!!

It is part of the game!!! The Packers got screwed on the call, but overcame it and won.

Let them come up with some kind of a reveiw format and slow the game down even more. I'm sure the networks wouldn't mind because then they could sell more commercial time.

It's real easy sitting in front of your tv watching the replay over and over in superslow motion, try doing it at real time, seeing it as it happens.

These guys grade out at a tremendous % of being right, they are not always goiing to be.

But you all are right it gives us fans something to discuss during the week, while waiting for the next game.

As far as the calls going against The Packers more than any other team in the league the last couple of years, just ask a Browns fan, they haven't lost a game since they came back, they have been screwed out of the victory every week becaused of Bad calls from the reffs.

Shit happens!!!! Deal with it!!! Move on!!! The Packers Won!!!

You have to enjoy the journey my friends. Never get to high, never get to low, life and football would be very boring if everything always went your way!!!

What I remember about last Sunday is Johnny Jolly making a play no regular lineman could ever make, AR stepping up after a mostly horrific 58 minutes of play and hitting GJ down the middle(those of you old enough...shades of Bart Starr to Bowd Dowler or Carrol Dale), and Al Harris doing what he has done before sealing the victory with an interception.

These are the things I took away from last weeks game, all the other shit, I could care less, not anything I can do about it.

Positive thinking, some of you might want to try it, when things go wrong, they don't seem so bad.

and his b.s. sea lamprey side-kick. It is called a discussion forum for a reason, earth-to-if the shoe fits wear it... If you don't like the discussion, then stay out of the damn thing, or give some real reasons why it is not worth talking about in a friggin'

"GREEN BAY PACKERS discussion WEBSITE"

when the whole friggin' league has talked about the very same thing...the very same play.

imo

Like i was saying if you want to look at that one play look at every single play and watch Harris and Woodson i can bet they are making illegal contact or holding on 50% of the pass plays but they know how to make it look ok. 😛 Btw i like the spaceman 🙂
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Why is everyone nit picking over a call, if you want to do that look how many times our CBs get away with the illegal contact during a game. They are known to be the most physical CB's in the NFL. Just let it go we won the damn game :P

"dhazer" wrote:

problem with the call dhazer is it almost cost us the game. Thanksfully we have such a kick ass defense and rodgers threw a beauty to jennings.

3rd and out compared to a score for the bears ...

ya it a big deal

well like they were saying today about the angels reb sox game you look at that one play but what about the 50 or 60 plays before that all had an effect on the outcome of a game. People seem to think just because something happens in the 1st quarter doesn't make it a game changing play but it does.

Personally I am more concerned with the illegal procedure call with the tackle uncovered than the illegal contact. There is no way that call should be missed.

Screw it. When the VP of officiating says it was an error it was an error and not "legitimate".
