Something is up, Kampy is struggling to adjust or just flat-out doesn't want to.

I don't think the media is really running with anything that is untrue. It doesn't say he demanded a trade, just that he is not talking even when the Packers wanted him to. Something is bothering him and the 3-4 switch would be a likely thing.

Where do you get this theory from? They haven't even put pads on yet. You're wrong, there are more options that he's struggling or flat out doesn't want to. You have nothing to go on other than his NOT talking to the media. You're big on the whole 'what does so an so owe us', well why does he owe you an explanation or his time to talk to the media? Especially since the media is counting him out.

You haven't read the reports from the media that they feel Kampman can not make the switch effectively, have you? You think that sits well with Kampman? You think that is going to encourage those who are counting him out to force him to provide his free time to them? So they can twist his words into a story that he's not catching on or not happy?

I have no real doubt once so ever that this switch is bothering him. Pro Bowl DE switching to OLB in a new scheme during a contract year. Yeah, gosh let's be tickled pink about that!.

MM states it right there. There is no doubt he is not all gung-ho about it. Whether that is not why he is talking to the media who knows but it would make sense. I haven't seen the media really state Kampman can't make the switch.

Its hot, its lame camp, he doesn't want to have to stand around practicing in shorts and a helmet not being able to hit someone...I can understand him being a little grumpy.

So, now when it suits your thoughts, McCarthy's words are gold? Yet, when its about Bre... nm. You're incredible, truly, ... incredible.

mm says he thinks there is always hesitancy when you're asked to do something different. mm does not say Kampman IS hesitant (although its safe to say, he probably is) about the change. He is saying he THINKS there is always hesitancy with being asked to do something different.

You've said and proved nothing to support your theory that implies Kampman is avoiding the media because he's struggling with switch or is not happy about the switch.

Read more articles and you'll see how writers word things to give themselves leeway when they are wrong. Words like 'seemed' for instance. You'd be amazed how many writers do things like that. It's annoying. Either speak on what you know or make it damn clear you don't know. Lucky for us, this one is easy to decipher the truth, no one has the real reason Kampman has not spoken to the media.

Of course Kampmann is experiencing some "hesitance" -- that isn't a reflection of a bad attitude. I ALWAYS experience some hesitance when I try something new, no matter how much I want to do it, how excited I am for the opportunity. It's not that I have a bad attitude -- it's that I lack confidence because I lack competence because I lack experience. Last weekend I was thrilled to go whitewater rafting, but I was a bit hesitant to plunge my oar into the rapids.

What in the hell does this have to do with Brett? Damn, for someone that moans about the Brett vs. Ted thing you sure are quick to jump on it yourself.

Let's look at this statement

Mike McCarthy seemed to acknowledge Thursday that Kampman HAS HAD SOME RESERVATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whatever, clearly you are looking for a friggin pissing match. I'm sorry if I took MM saying Kampy had had reservations as "KAMPY HAS HAD RESERVATIONS" and not that Kampy is just mad at the media for some bogus reports.

Who said it has to do with the B word? I brought up how you don't believe mm when it pertains to the B word, but when its to Kampman, you do.

mm didn't say Kampman had reservations about the switch. The writer states that mm "seemed" to acknowledge Kampman had some reservations about the switch. There's a damn difference. It might seem petty to you, but for those of us who give a flying fuck about accuracy and the truth it does matter.

Seemed to and DOES are different. What the fuck is so hard to understand about that? What am I saying that is confusing you or losing you? Oh wait, I want a pissing match right? I can't wait til we can have a discussion without some bullshit comments about 'whatever you want a pissing match'.

I disagree until more is known. Until then you are just speculating much like we all are.

I would argue that Kampman is an honest man and always has been. Perhaps he's just not comfortable enough to talk about the new system. Doesn't mean he's angry. To me portraying Kampman as angry or upset is inaccurate until Kampman says it's not.

Even if he is angry, he's playing on the team. He's there learning the system. This is a non story. Now Kampman not being there while being angry is a story.

Is this Alice in Wonderland? I mean c'mon if he wasn't a bit angry about the switch why is MM publically trying to reassure Kampy that this is the best thing for him.

You can choose to cover your eyes and try to pretend thats not what it is but everything points to exactly that. One of the most accomdating players on the team suddenly goes quiet and MM goes public and says he is "hesitant" and then tries to convince him of that through the media.

Speaking of that, why in the hell if Kampy doesn't want to talk about it publically why is MM doing so? It's like bringing up DD has asked to have his contact reworked the last 2 years. Why do the Packers continue to use the media to portray people badly?

I guess they are back to the back-stabbing people through the media trick. This could get ugly again.

Things are a little uneasy in Packerland these days. Kampy is unhappy, Driver is mad and Collins would like to at least get some acknowledgement that he exists. Now, GB will start with their calculated media quips to portay themselves as perfect and these 3 as Larry, Curly and Mo.

At least Ted Thompson and MM have found a new whipping boy. Hell. they've found 3 of them.
