Peter Warrick comes to mind. But like said before, every draft pick has a risk to him.

I really have a good feeling about Crabtree though, as long as he can stay healthy. I don't know what is wrong with his ankles and feet, but I'd have that checked out first. No point in having another Bustin' on our roster.

you cant say he is a lock to be a #2...

Lot of people claimed that a few years a go a certain wr coming out of college was a "lock"...

In fact some of those same people thought that the Pack should have done something to take him..But New England got him..

He was suppose to be the most gifted Wr in the draft, was going to light it up..

Where is he now?

Not sure but it was Chad Jackson

Crabs might have all the tools, but lets wait till we see how he performs in the real game..

See for me I can not say a certain players is a "lock" to be anything before he is even drafted..Got to see how he does in the real world of training camp and pre season

Chad Jackson wasn't a first round pick? He went I believe 4th in the second round. Bad comparison.

Crabtree is pretty special IMO. All draft picks have risk. I think he has much more upside than Jordy and Jones, that's all I'm saying.

I agree he has more upside, but lets not crown him yet.

Thats the point...See how he performs in preseason stuff before saying he is a lock in #2

Well i guess i would have to agree with Larry Fitzgerald when he said Crabtree will be a star in this league. Larry even when on to say he wishes he had the skills and hands that Crabtree has when he came out of college. Hell i hope we get him and let him wear the #4 jersey maybe that karma will make him into a legend in Green Bay 🙂
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

LOL @ letting him wear #4..

You of ALL people would be okay with that?

WR's cant wear single digit numbers.

14 is the closest thing he could get from me.

Hypothetically, we could put him on the roster as a punter and let him have a single digit number right? I mean, that's pretty much what they do with Hester atm.

Jags will probably take Mr. Crabtree anyway. they need a decent receiver like Leon Phelps needs courvoisier.

oh yeah, LT and DD...you guys want some cranberry juice? 😉

I think that might be the most balanced poll yet on here... yes that situation would be instant drama..

Micheal Crabtree is on the board when the Packers are picking @ 9... would you draft him?

Yes. 30% (10)
No. 33.33% (11)
Trade the Pick away and drop down.36% (12)

Total Votes: 33

B) Ted will select some dude found on page 4 of everyone's printed out big board

C) The first ballistic fan's youtube video will be posted faster than Crabtree's 40
