As far as money management, he has done well. But as far as putting a winning team on the field, so far he has failed.
I know I am in the minority here, but to me, a losing record after four years is not good enough.

Packer history is being re-written on this board to soften the blow of realization that The Packers were one game away from The Superbowl only to have the GM decide that going in another direction was the better choice.
It's a real shame that EVERY break. EVERY bad call, went against The Packers in 2008, while in 2007 The Packers were just lucky.
REALITY WILL SET IN SOMEDAY, Probably after another year or two of :500 or less football that Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy need to go.
Aaron Rodgers is still a young guy, he needs coaching that let's him go out and win games, he needs all around better talent(offense and defense) to help him in those wins.
That isn't happening at this point, and I don't see any big changes coming, since most seem to be happy with mediocracy.
I can see the bio now, "AR great stats qb, just couldn't win the big games".
In the end whether it is fair or not your starting qb gets most of the credit for wins and losses.
I hvae said it since last summer,"TT is doing nothing but setting Aaron Rodgers up to fail", he has a good start after the 2007 season.
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!
