Lets hope Clements is Rodgers Holmgren because we all know how Favre was tamed under said coach and made back to back SBs

Why are we not considering the possibility that Clements was brought to help Love develop and not for Rodgers? I don't expect a QB coach to do much for Rodgers at this point in his career.

Regardless, I think Tom Clements will be good. If he wasn't already hired, I would be concerned with mutiny towards LaFleur, but Rodgers also loves LaFleur. All in all, I just think this was a good move for the QB room. That means both Rodgers and Love.
