Unofficially I think 🇲🇲 is the head coach, offensive coordinator and QB coach (at least to a degree)
That being said Mike McCarthy seems to use QB coach title as a stepping stone... so I see one of the vet Packers coaches getting it even if they've never coached QBs. I believe Mike McCarthy has said he believes if you can coach one position then you can coach another and he and Clements will help the QB coach if they need any.
And besides putting a coach at QB coach, would give them room to hire a new coach at another position, you can use as much good help as you can get, so get another guy after Mike McCarthy places one of the vets at QB coach freeing up WR, OL, TE or maybe RB coach.
If the WR or TE coach get moved to QB coach, I think the RB coach might be moved to that position and we'll be looking for a new RB coach.
